Relaxation: Take a few moments to just relax. Close your eyes, take a few slow, deep breaths... Slowly begin to relax. Relax your forehead...., your neck....., shoulders...., arms...., elbows.... and fingers. Relax your chest...., back...... and abdomen. Slowly....., relax your legs....., thighs...., calves....., ankles......, feet...... and toes. Just relax.... Once YOU are relaxed, begin to mentally and emotionally release. Gently breathe in and slowly release. Begin to feel peaceful and relaxed.
